The staff offered excellent assistance every day. they arranged taxis quickly. the team even sang happy birthday to another guest, a lovely touch. the riad is beautiful. I noticed it was spotlessly clean.
the website encourages contacting the riad with inquiries, but i found mine went unanswered, except the one asking about additional rooms.

i enjoyed the prompt airport transportation arranged by the riad. zach provided a warm welcome and a helpful orientation upon arrival. our presidential suite featured two levels and a private courtyard, offering privacy. abdur-rahman arranged laundry services and even breakfast in our room after i had a mild knee injury.
The bathroom faucet in my suite felt a bit loose. It was still serviceable. however, it slightly detracted from the overall experience

I loved that the staff spoke multiple languages! this made everything so easy! the riad also had a nice pool to cool off in after a long day. I felt very charmed.
The bathroom faucet was a little loose. It worked fine. But it could be tightened

the staff were always ready to help and assist. the location is perfect safe accessible and easy to find. the riad gives a sense of clean and calm. i found it was so comfort over all the aspects of my stay
i did notice the fountain in our room yard had no water. this slightly diminished the premium feeling of the suite

the room was spacious enough, providing adequate space for our belongings.
The website advertised airport transfers, but this service was unavailable . It was quite inconvenient. the promised welcome drink never materialized upon arrival. the lighting in the room was poor. It made reading at night difficult.

helpful staff postcard service arranged massage early closure empty fountain no dinner
the staff was super helpful throughout my stay. i needed stamps for postcards, and they walked to get them for me. they personally escorted me to a massage they arranged. i really appreciated their help!!!
i had booked dinner at the riad, but the kitchen closed early that day. i had no dinner option. the fountain in my room yard was empty. this ruined the premium feeling of the suite.
